Product divisions

01

Pharmaceuticals

Branded and generic medicine for wholesale and institutional buyers, across prescription and non-prescription portfolios.

Requirements are assessed by active ingredient, strength, dosage form, packaging configuration, shelf life, and destination market. Registration status is specific to each product, manufacturer, and country, and is confirmed case by case.

Therapy areas

  • Cardiovascular
  • Diabetes care
  • Pain and inflammation
  • Anti-infectives and common therapies
  • Selected specialty products

02

Medical equipment

Selected medical and clinical product categories for professional and institutional use.

Equipment is specified against the setting it serves and the instruments already in use. Devices and in-vitro diagnostics each follow their own regulatory route, distinct from medicines, and acceptability is confirmed per product and per market.

Product families

  • Diagnostic products
  • Clinical and hospital equipment
  • Laboratory-related items
  • Project-specific equipment needs

03

Personal protective equipment

Protective products for healthcare and institutional environments, specified against the standard the destination requires.

PPE is regulated differently from medicines and differently again by market. Requirements are assessed by protection level, applicable standard, the certification the manufacturer holds for that specific product, sizing, and packaging.

Product families

  • Masks and respirators
  • Medical and protective gloves
  • Gowns and coveralls
  • Other protective essentials

01

Commercial models

Three ways we bring products to market

The right model depends on the product, the market, and the partner. All three operate within the same qualified-channel requirements.

  • Own brands

Products developed and sold under Crusomed’s own brands, where we take responsibility for the portfolio and its development.

  • Partner brands

Selected partner portfolios that we represent, distribute, and develop commercially in defined markets.

  • Wholesale and distribution

Wholesale supply and project-based distribution for distributors, healthcare providers, and institutional buyers.

02

Services

What we do around the product

  • Product sourcing

Coordination with established manufacturing partners based on active ingredient or material, specification, packaging, volume, and destination-market requirements.

  • Specification alignment

Review of buyer specifications and comparison with available manufacturing and packaging configurations.

  • Documentation coordination

Organization of available product, manufacturer, quality, and shipment documentation according to each project's requirements.

  • Commercial and logistics coordination

Support across quotations, production planning, packaging, shipment preparation, and communication between the parties.

  • Institutional procurement support

A structured approach for distributors, hospitals, public procurement teams, and other qualified organizations.

03

Quality and documentation

Quality evidenced through documentation

Quality cannot be communicated through generic claims. It must be supported by product-specific, manufacturer-specific, and shipment-specific documentation.

For each project, applicable documentation requirements should be agreed at the beginning of the process. Available materials may include manufacturer information, product specifications, certificates of analysis, batch documentation, packaging information, and other documents relevant to the transaction. Their availability and acceptability must be confirmed individually.

Documentation typically discussed

  • Product and packaging specifications
  • Manufacturer documentation
  • Batch-related documentation
  • Certificate-of-analysis coordination
  • Commercial and shipment documents
  • Destination-specific documentation review
