Privacy notice
This notice explains how Crusomed handles information submitted through this website. It applies to the enquiry form and to routine server logging. It does not apply to any separate contractual relationship, which is governed by its own terms.
What we collect
We collect only what you provide through the enquiry form, together with limited technical information generated automatically when you load a page.
- Information you enter in the enquiry form: name, organization, professional email, optional telephone or messaging number, country, organization type, and the details of the requirement you describe.
- Any file you choose to attach to an enquiry.
- Technical information recorded by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, and timestamp.
What we do not collect
This website uses no analytics, no advertising technology, and no third-party tracking. It sets no cookies for measurement or profiling. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party.
We ask that you do not submit patient information, prescriptions, medical records, or other sensitive personal health data. This website is not designed to receive such data, and it is not necessary for assessing a procurement enquiry.
Why we use it
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to assess and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain a record of business correspondence. Technical log information is used to operate and secure the website.
We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it.
Who else sees it
Enquiry submissions are transmitted through our form processing provider and are received by email. Website hosting and email are provided by third parties acting on our instructions.
Website hosting and enquiry-form processing are provided by Netlify, which stores submissions and passes them to us by email. Our domain is registered with GoDaddy. Each of these providers acts on our instructions.
Where assessing an enquiry requires discussing a specification with a manufacturing partner, we share the technical requirement. We do not share your contact details with a manufacturing partner without telling you first.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for the duration of the discussion and for a defined period afterwards for commercial record-keeping. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to request access to your information, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive it in a portable form, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, please use the enquiry form on the contact page.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection. Enquiry submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the form processing provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
